Every week, your bins go to the curb the night before pickup and come
back after. You get a photo confirmation every time. You never think about trash day again.
An honest note: if you physically can't move your bins, GreenWaste of
Palo Alto offers a free Physical Limitations Program. Text me and I'll
send you the application, no charge. This service is for everyone else: travel
weeks, long driveways, and households that just want one less thing to remember.
Questions
Who's doing this?
It's just me, Jason. I live in Palo Alto (Midtown) and do every route
myself. You may have seen me on Nextdoor.
Where do you serve?
All of Palo Alto, and only Palo Alto.
When do you stop by?
The evening before your pickup day, inside a time window you choose
(say, 6–9pm). Round Trip returns happen the evening of pickup day.
How often is service?
Each plan covers one pickup day per week: one trip out, plus one trip
back on Round Trip. If your address gets collected more than once a week,
the monthly price multiplies by your number of pickup days. Use the
selector, or text me and I'll sort it out.
How many bins?
The base price covers 3: the standard garbage, recycle, and compost
set. Extra bins are $20/month each on Bins Out, $35/month each on
Out & Back. Use the selector above, or just tell me by text.
What if I'm out of town?
Nothing changes. That's the point: your bins go out and come back
whether you're home or not.
Gates, side yards, dogs?
All fine. You tell me the details once when you sign up, and I follow
them every week.
What if a pickup gets missed?
If I ever miss your service, that week is free and you'll hear from me
personally. So far the streak is intact.
Can I set this up for my parents?
Yes. Several people asked about exactly this. Text me and we'll set it
up for their address, with your number on the confirmations too if you like.
